• Where is the store based?

• How do I make a custom order?

  You can start by messaging me through the contact page or instagram @boxof.starlight! I love making your ideas into reality, so send me your inspiration and we'll figure out how to make it happen.
  Pricing will be determined based on the materials and time required to complete your order.

• Shipping Information

  Orders will be shipped the first Saturday after payment is received.
  You will receive tracking information with every order.

  Shipping rates are preset, however I do combine shipping when you buy multiple items so you will be refunded any difference. If you want to confirm the shipping amount, you can send a message through the contact page or instagram @boxof.starlight - please include the items in your cart and your shipping address, and I will let you know what the exact shipping amount will be.

  Custom orders will recieve their own shipment timeline.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Check your tracking information, if it hasn't updated send me a message!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• Local Pickup Information

  Please message me through the contact page or on instagram @boxof.starlight to confirm details before placing your order! This will help to avoid any confusion!

  I am based in the Poconos, travel daily for my day job, and generally consider anything between Scranton and Allentown to be somewhat local to me. I am more than happy to coordinate with you!

  You can also pick this option and pick up at any flea market or craft show I have scheduled!

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
